Chris Weikle is a third-generation market researcher. Having learned from his mentors, Chris has an incisive understanding of the industry and brings that knowledge to his role as CEO of AIS. With a strong technology background, Chris has combined years of research knowledge with his passion for technical advancement to transform AIS into one of today’s premiere market research firms. He’s leveraged today’s advancing technology in market research to add mobile market research capabilities as well as online research to the services AIS provides, and his expertise allows clients the delivery of data and/or reports in nearly any format; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SPSS, ASCII, etc.. Chris is instrumental in building a strong, client focused corporate culture, working with his executive team to forge a tradition of teamwork and collaboration. He’s passionate about company development, not only with technical advancement, but on how individual team members positively impact our clients’ experience with AIS.
Recruited out of high school to play football, Chris attended Mayville State University where he studied Business Administration and Management with a Minor in Computer Information Systems. After beginning his tenure with AIS, he quickly noticed how client requirements continued to evolve as market differentiation became more complex. In order to make AIS better adept at handling these challenges, he enrolled at the University of Georgia and successfully completed the course, Principles of Marking Research. Chris is a proud supporter of The Bulldog Foundation at Fresno State University, to which AIS donates annually. When not working diligently on your projects, Chris recharges his batteries at the lake, with a fishing pole in hand, enjoying California’s beautiful weather with his Siberian Huskies.
Ken Weikle has a solid background of achievement and success for three major corporations in the financial industry: Household International, Citi Corporation, and HSBC. As a branch manager for two of these firms, Ken shouldered responsibility for financial results and profitability. As operations manager, he was in charge of a large team of loan professionals. Having established his talent for leading a successful organization, Ken turned an eye toward helming his own firm. Drawing on 40 years of proven management and customer service experience, Ken has strengthened our tradition of providing quality services and ensuring the integrity of our processes and results. Having established a strong operational foundation, Ken relies on his executive team to fulfill AIS’ mission, while providing guidance and insight from his broad business experience.
Ken is very active in his community and has been associated with numerous local groups and organizations. He’s proud of the local Little League Baseball program where his real passion is coaching and teaching children the fundamentals of baseball.
Alison Weikle (Hummer)
Alison’s first introduction to AIS was working as an interviewer. She’d come to work for us part-time while attending California State University, Fresno, completing coursework for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design.
Shortly after receiving her degree, her skills were employed to design our brand new, state-of-the-art facility. Alison formally joined the AIS executive team in 2013. Eager to share her design knowledge, she began by implementing an upbeat advertising and development scheme for the company. She worked diligently on building up the online presence of AIS via LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, the AIS website, and numerous market research directories. Alison has also undertaken a wide range of in-house services such as CATI programming, coding, and project management.
During her free time, Alison can be found fishing, camping, hiking throughout the California mountains, or employing her interior design expertise in the homes of family and friends.
Mr. Harris has a very long history with AIS and an abundance of experience. He’s spent years honing his interviewing skills, overcoming initial resistance to interview participation, and engaging respondents. It is no surprise that Daniel is our natural choice for mentoring and developing new interviewers, monitoring contacts for quality, and pinpointing opportunities to improve an interviewer’s effectiveness. Mr. Harris provides relevant, meaningful feedback with an eye toward improving our ability to provide the type of quality data collection our clients expect and deserve.
Daniel loves literature and, although readily admits he’s bad at playing, is a “Madden” video game devotee.
AIS Interviewing Team
The most critical component to the proven quality and capability of AIS is a team of trained and experienced interviewers. Every interviewer at AIS goes through a proprietary training program prior to their first respondent contact. As they continue to develop their interviewing skills, each interviewer begins to demonstrate a particular skill set in terms of types of interviewing and subject matter. AIS interviewers are therefore divided into interviewing teams, divided by project type. One team for public opinion polls, another team for executive interviewing, and another team for healthcare and so on. This specialization of interviewing teams allows AIS to efficiently deliver projects and gather data that is beyond expectations in terms of quality and completeness.
