Phone Bank Facility

AIS has a 65-station CATI phone bank with a rotating staff of interviewers who work day and evening shifts. WinQuery is used as our CATI software. Our stations are fully capable of playing and recording music mp3 files for those difficult radio studies.

AIS understands and provides exactly that. Our on-site focus group facility is cleanly appointed and spacious. A large reception area greets respondents where check-in and screening re-verification takes place. Two entrances are available to ensure that respondents and clients can be maintained separately. The viewing room seats 15 and the focus group room seats 12 respondents comfortably around a large conference table. A test kitchen is available for product testing and our location is in the center of all the action of Fresno—easily reachable from virtually any part of town.

Viewing Room

The AIS viewing room is spacious, seating up to 15 viewers comfortably, with multi-tiered seating. The mirror counter seats 8 across and has data/Internet access. As well, a food counter and refrigerator are available stocked, with a variety of snacks and drinks.

 

Focus Group Facility

The AIS focus group room is 20’ x 28’ with a table that seats 12 respondents plus the moderator comfortably. Presentation stands and wall space is available for display of subject information. The table can be arranged in multiple layouts including: one on one, groups, or the classic conference style. Display tables, pin boards, concept rails and flip charts make product and material presentation simple. A TV/VCR/DVD combo is also available.
